In the countryside but close to the Route de Nantes, the Flâneries shopping center and the Vendespace performance hall. 30mn from the beaches of Sables d'Olonne and 45mn from Puy du Fou.

Not suitable for people over 1.85m. Animals refused.

Sheets and towels are included. Cleaning to be done before departure unless you wish to take the cleaning package at 10 €

PRICES :

From € 35 per night (2 nights minimum unless you bring your own bed and bathroom linen), € 40 during school holidays

Special student rate 4 nights (Monday to Friday morning from October to May): 110 €

10% reduction for 7 days and 35% monthly reduction.
