In the left wing of the barn, exposed stone accommodation of 37m² overlooking the Moulin Papon lake (walking, cycling, fishing). In the countryside but close to the Route de Nantes, the Flâneries shopping center and the Vendespace performance hall. 30mn from the beaches of Sables d'Olonne and 45mn from Puy du Fou.

You will have a bedroom + a convertible sofa, a bathroom with toilet, a kitchen open to the living room (coffee maker, microwave, sink, toaster, induction hob, dishwasher) . Wifi, television, desk.

Private garden with terrace. Accessible to people with reduced mobility.

6km from the city center, bus stop at the end of the street. Line D.

Sheets and towels are included. Cleaning to be done before departure unless you wish to take the cleaning package at 20 €
